Love this! it turned out so well! I saw another red and white quilt the other day that just screamed to be a Christmas quilt! Ah, Maybe next year! Hope all is well and you guys are staying cozy under all of those quilts! the end is not yet in site for finishing my gift projects--only a week to go and here I am wasting time! So typical!
I LOVE it! It is amazing how sometimes the simplest or the prettiest!!
oops...that is the simplest ARE the prettiest.....I guess I need an editor.
Oh, I LOVE this one! I agree...simple, elegant, and just beautiful!
Definitely says Christmas. Love it.
Love this!! Absolutely cute and festive without being too Christmassy!
Very fun & simple! The way I love them!! :)
oh its so cute! I love it!~candace
Stunning! Do you prewash? I don't, and I ask because the only time I ever made a quilt with a lot of red in it, it bled like a stuck pig and now all the other fabrics are kinda orangey...Yikes! I have been collecting reds for a red and white quilt "someday", but wonder if I should prewash them.
That is really cute! Now I want one! Another project to put on the wishlist.
OH, I LOVE it! How cute! If I weren't working like a mad woman on another quilt I'd grab all the red and white tones out of my stash and whip one together myself! That is adorable!
Very Nice! Is it a gift? Wrap it around a tube with a cute bow!
Oh that is SO cute!!! If I didn't have a mountain of Christmas gifts to finish I'd be digging through my red scraps right now!
absolutely love it!!! it makes me smile...
cute - I love that "option" for on-point.Are your edges all bias?
I love it!
Hahahahahahahhahaaaaa! Thanks for a good laugh. Merry quilting!
Very cute quilt! I can't help but stare at that roof line and the height of the snow! That screams EEEK to me! : )
Hello Candy Cane Christmas....thanks for sharing. I just "wow" at your creations....made my day.
I love it, love it, love it. Very festive.Merry Christmas to you and yours.
That's so beautiful and festive. Makes me want to curl up with it in front of a fire! I'm in awe of how much you get done.
Love it! :)
Oooooo that's FABULOUS! I think I need to have one of those myself!!!
I love red and white quilts. They are actually really versatile. This looks great with the snow.
Oh this is just wonderful! I'm going to try to have to remember this one for next year!
Red and white a classic, very pretty!
That is the perfect comment to a perfect quilt
Love the quilt! Does this move you closer to your goal of finishing up your wips? (This WAS already on your list, yes?!!! LOL!)
I wanna know how you can keep producing stuff when everyone else is so busy with Christmas that most of us can't get near a sewing machine, let alone sew for ourselves now?? Do you have elves helping you??? I'm thinking...YES!!!
Oh I love This!!!!! Spectacular!!!
I love red and white quilts!
I love your quilt? Is there going to be a tutorial for it? I would love to make one for the Christmas season (next year of course) but I could also see this style in blues and greens!!
I'm not a quilter and I want one!! I think this would make a great duvet.
Really cool! I love the setting - very original!
I love it too! Wonderful!
It is sweet! I'd border it with a 1" green border and then find some candy can print fabric for an outer border. Throw anything on the back and bind it with a red & white polka dot and it's done! You'll love it once you quilt it up - I always do!Jenniferwww.sewitsmidnightmama.blogspot.com
Delicious! You're a busy mama this season!!
omg omg omg!!!i SO have to have this quilt.so. freaking. cute.
Eeek? You don't like it?
So cute! I love it!
Heeheheee...candy cane in the snow...how in the world did you get it up on your gutters? We are bracing for a big snowstorm ....supposed to start this evening and go til Sunday morning....they are expecting anywhere from 10"-15"!:) Guess it's time to do some baking!!:)

Sweet, sweet, sweet.
Cute! now where did I hide those candy canes? I think I want one now!
Oh. my. I think you may have outdone yourself on this one. It is stinkin'. beautiful. I can almost smell the peppermint coming from it. simply beautiful. Can't wait to see it finished!
Ooh, ooh, ooh, fantastic! Such a good demonstration of value and fun!
Fun, I didn't imagine it would look like that when you said a candy cane quilt.
How cute! I love the way it turned out!
i really like this! how on earth did you get it to hang from the gutters?
Fun & festive!
Wonderful!! When did you have time to do this??
So fun! Love it on the bias like that. I bet that worked up quickly. What number UFO are you on for Joy in the New Year? I signed up for 13 and I am only done with 3 (just finished one a few minutes ago). Yikes!
So simple yet so very cool......
So great! I love it.
LOVE this! Love the idea of setting strips at an angle like this! Great idea!
oh i love love love it!how do you get the strips to go diagonally (sp?) like that? i'd love a tutorial ........
eek?? I think it is really cute!! I like it!!
did you tread on a mouse.....? That was a big eeek for such a yummy quilt. What a difference an angle makes.
You are always so clever...
just how do you do it? Are your kids self-sufficient or do you have them working in a sweat shop in your basement? I would rather sew/quilt than feed my family or clean my house, but eventually they'd notice there wasn't food or toilet paper. Your productivity is awesome. Tutorial please...we can do this for Valentine's Day.
LOVE IT! *must suppress urge to go buy red and white fabric.*
OK, I NEED a red and white quilt now.
I love it, I want one too! Just Adorable, love red and white, perfect for this season!! Hugs Mary
How very cool!
love it! i still covet that AB wallflower print. sigh.
Is that a "holy cow I love this quilt" eeeek or a "holy cow this is hideous" eeeek? I agree with everybody else that it's great. Love the reds. Melissa in Memphis
I really love this, I was noticing today a large lack of red in my stash. I think I will make a resolution to remedy that.
I love it too. Will not it deformated during the quilting? I knoww, it is a beginner question.
I'm in love!
Never too much red for me, I love your candy canes!
So "candy cane" ! Lovely!!
It's perfect, I love it to bits.
Love it! My sister-in-law is a red-white-aholic. I have to send her the link.
Beautiful, simple, love it. :)
that looks yummy. I've tried your zigzag tutorial but I need more practice to get the dimension correct.
Did you just add to your list? That looks like a new start, not a finishing up of an old WIP. = ) Believe me, I am not throwing stones, however, because I live in a completely glass house. Looks great. I love red and white quilts.
This turned out very well. I love the red and white. Now make another one in blue and white like winter snow!!

A very good EEK! indeed - it's adorable, and perfect for the season (which is saying a lot coming from me, as I'm not much of a seasonal decorations gal).
