each quilt measures about 60" x 72"
It looks like I will be making 5 quilts for Quilts of Valor. I'm very pleased with how these first 3 came together. Aren't they fun? I'm loving the randomness and the scrappy nature of the quilts. So much goodness. :)
I'm so thankful that we finally have a sunshine today...it makes photographing quilts much easier.

ps. please came and say hi at my blog, i have my first giveaway!
Love them and love QoV.
These quilts are fabulous. They will be appreciated and loved. I'm a military wife and know the gratitude soldiers have for people who care and recognize the sacrifices they make for our freedom. Thank you for getting so many people involved in these quilts as well. Combining the efforts of many is even more meaningful.

Wow, you've been busy. Those are wonderful, Amanda Jean! I can't wait to see the next two. Thanks for providing the opportunity for me to help out in a small way.
You are the kind of person we should all strive to be. Productive and giving. My sister and I kid that you must only sleep 4 hours a night. Seeing these I'm thinking that maybe it's only two hours a night! Great job.
They're fantastic!
So wonderful! Fun also to look and try to find "my" block!
They turned out so beautiful;you are so talented pulling all these together. I just love the scrappy look of them.
Those quilts are wonderful! And it is a wonderful thing to do - we do need to be thankful for the sacrifices made by our men and women in uniform.
Oh the quilts look wonderful,I think whoever receives one will be so pleased, they will be treasured forever.
Those turned out so well. I adore them. You are amazing to offer up so much of yourself and inspiring others to do the same.
It took me a while but I think I found the block I donated, lol. The quilt tops look fantastic. Well done.
How awesome that you have enough blocks for 5 QoVs?
How marvelous!!! I clicked on the pic so I could see it bigger and they're even more impressive that way! How cool they look all together like that! One block neater than the next! All of your contributors should be proud.....what beautiful quilts they turned out to be! Bravo to you all!!
They are so beautiful. What a great project you all have taken on.

I really like the spontaneity of the quilts. As a wall hanging it would look terrific or on "triplets" single beds.
Really unique, especially all three together.
The quilts look great!
All three of the tops are beautiful. Do you still need fabric for the backs or batting?
These are beautiful. Thanks so much for organizing this!
They look great! I was even able to find my block! Thank you for this excellent project...I admire your work...
Wonderful! I love how quilts come together and look so cohesive when the blocks are made by many different people! Such a great project too :)
Beautiful....Question..How did you hang the quilts to photograph them? How about a tutorial on this subject.
Thank you for letting us be a part of this!
FrancisMoore,
i just used clothes pins to hang them. when they are fully quilted and finished, i usually use binder clips to attach them to my rain gutter. hope that helps!

Things must be going well with Adam if you can get that much done!!! You need a few more kids around.
What's for supper? Cnc
this is for a smile!
Fabulous quilts! They look so great hanging there together.
AJ--they're beautiful! What a great thing you're doing! When you're here, let me know what you need, batting, backing, shipping$, etc... I'll be happy to donate to the cause and you might have a little room in your suitcase once the quilt comes out!! So looking forward to seeing you!
They are awesome!! Great visionary you are!!
They look so good! I think I even found my block. Thanks for posting the pic. Thank you again for donating to this great cause.

Those all turned out so beautiful and they will make several someone's very happy I am sure!
They look fantastic! You are a machine!!
Stunning! I like all 3 hanging together. Somehow reminds me of firecrackers popping...little bits of "POW" with the blocks that are different colored backgrounds!
Absolutely stunning
These are treasures... made with love and respect. You really do accomplish so much with your quilts and your blog... Inspiring!
I love that you attach the quilts to your eavestroughs. What do you use to do that?

The quilt tops look great! Thank you for letting me a part of it.
They look beautiful!
I love where you photograph your quilts. Do you ever worry that your neighbors will think you're a nut hanging them up and photographing them? That crosses my mind every time I take a picture outside! : )
How generous are quilters? I love these quilts made with love, that's about the whole of it isn't it?
Beauties!
Wow - they are wonderful! The scrappiness adds to the wonky stars beautifully!
These quilts look amazing! You've done a good thing. You rock!
They are Beautiful!
Those really are stunning. I love the randomness of them too. You know the blocks with the darker backgrounds really make the quilt pop. Without them, it would change the whole effect. Love, love, love.
Wow! Well done! They all look fab, and the families who receive them will be stunned, i'm sure!
Absolutely amazing! I'm so glad not everyone used white backgrounds like I did. What wonderful variety. Thanks again for giving of yourself for this project.
AmandaJean, these are fantastic!! This is such a wonderful project you are doing. I love these!
The quilting frame is empty. I am home with the croupy stuff going around. Not great for helping customers at the orchard, so I sit here. Could you fax me one of those tops to quilt? LOL
I guess I will just do some piecing and post something on my blog.
You are amazingly productive Amanda!
Wow.....sorry I didn't send anything
but I sure will next time :0).
I have several QOV's ready to donate too, I think it is a great cause.

They really do look fabulous! I'm loving them and all your hard work!

I'm new to your blog - but if you ever collect again, I hope to find out and make one to help out. What a great way to be a part of something bigger. :)

Fabulous! And I love how they look without fabric strips between the squares. With the spattering of stars on dark backgrounds they look very modern. Inspiring on a number of levels!
How awesome that you'll be donating 5 quilts! I wonder what your neighbors think as you're arranging them alongside your house (although, if I remember correctly, one is a crafter herself, right?).
Beautiful!
I love these. They look amazing. Beautiful!!!!
they look amazing :)
Yay! Teamwork is amazing!
And I'm glad to see that my little block arrived safely :)
