wip

This is an old work in progress that I pulled out and finally got into quilt top form. Woo-hoo! I think it's quite dandy. It will be for my oldest son.
----
We are headed to the zoo today. I have a feeling that we will fit right in, but hopefully not too much so. (ha!)

Have a fabulous day!

Don't you just love that all done feeling you get when you finish a WIP? I have many of those WIPs calling my name from the closet every time I walk by. One of these days I'll listen and pull one out!
Great quilt!

I wondered what had happened to this one. Very, very nice!
Did you get the zoo to adopt one of your kids? I tried once and they wouldn't take mine. :-)

I LOVE this quilt! I've been inspired by all your work for quite a while now. This one totally rocks my world! I'm not wuite sure how you do it all, but I remain infinitely impressed! Is this one a pattern or improvisationally pieced?

Are you sure you don't have a room full of elves helping you with all that quilting? Ü You continue to amaze me with all that beautiful work you do.

I adore this! You pull out the most amazing things and post them so casually. I bet your son will love it.

Seeing this image pop up on my screen made my heart skip a beat. You know that I adore this quilt, right? Last night around midnight, I was lying on the sofa, trying to stay awake so I could transfer the laundry to the dryer once the cycle was done (did you need to know that? Sorry - I'm exhausted right now). I was propped up on your amazing pillow, thinking about how amazed I still am with the craftsmanship and design, and how lucky I am to have you as my friend. And soon your son will be the lucky owner of this gorgeous piece. You're amazing.
