My WIP list is down to 7 (!!!!) and I am fully expecting my resolve to crumble any day now. I am afraid that if/when I give in, I will do something crazy.... like start 5 quilts all at once! (I was up to 25 WIPs at one time, not that long ago. How on earth?!?!)
This has to be my oldest WIP, currently. It's going to be a larger, scrappy version of my waiting quilt. (The pattern is available here.) I'm pretty sure that the last time I worked on this was in the summer of 2014. It's so old it's practically new again! Ha! I am still loving this quilt, which is a very good thing. I finished up 2 blocks last night, and I hope to keep adding steadily to that finished number. It's a perfect project to combat the cloudy, dreary days of January.

LOVE this scrappy version!! Looking forward to seeing this cheerful quilt top be transformed into a beautiful quilt. Keep up the good work (resisting those NEW projects!!)
I love scrappy and this is such a cheerful one. Looking forward to seeing the final.
Can't believe you had that many UFO and good luck on completing them all.
Is your pattern available?
Good job! I should probably count my WIPs but...it might be too scary ;) Love this one you are working on!
Wow, congratulations on continuing to chip away at your WIP list. This is definitely a bright and cherry project for winter, and how awesome that you are still loving it. :)
This is so cheery, and spring-y!
How coincidental that you posted this--I just found the blocks I made for my brights-on-black version just the other day. :)
Congratulations on getting down to seven!! I recently finished my oldest UFO. I started it in 2006!! But I swear I start 2 quilts for every one I finish ! :o
I lov eth happy colours of this quilt. This year II have set myself a goal to finish as many wips as possible. Having them lying around is just getting me down so time to make myself fall in love with them again. x
Your posts are always encouraging! I'm really working hard to get my WIP's finished so I can start some new ones. Always a struggle😂 always so many cute and fun patterns popping up! This one is beautiful! Keep swimming!
Congratulations on getting to 7 WIPs Amanda Jean! You are such an inspiration!
This is a favorite pattern of mine. Love all the bright fabrics you are using in it! Great work on getting your WIP's down in size :)!
It's delightful! Congrats on your stick-to-it-iveness! XO
It's such a happy cheerful quilt, bringing the promise of warmer weather and more colour. I'm so bored of long grey winter days.
This one is so cheerful - both the pattern and the fabrics!
Such a happy quilt. I love the pattern and scrappy fabric.
Congratulations on only having 7 WIPs! Don't give up. Please finish all seven and then let us know how it feels to have no WIPs hanging around. I doubt if I will ever know that feeling. PS I love your Waiting quilt. I won a package of mini charms once and never have had a good idea on how to use them.
Pretty! I'm working on finishing my WIPs this year too. Down to 10...
This is really a cute block, and can use so many scraps, do you have the pattern for it?
Your r doing better than me for sure, finishing up those WIP
You are much better than I. I pulled out an old WIP and have my fingers crossed that I can remember what the plan for it was. I'm adamant that it will be done for this Valentine's Day so I better get hopping.
Yes, you can!! And I've always loved the design and name of this quilt! Yes, you can!
I absolutely LOVE this one. It's making me want to start a new project. But, as we know, my WIP list is a little longer than yours. So I shouldn't. But I DO have a ton of scraps. Anyway, I love this one. It is so fun. I love how bright it is. I'm so impressed with how you are soldiering through your projects. Such resolve!
I'm laughing while reading your post, because I lost my resolve just from January 13th! When I was writing that post, about my UFO's (what you are calling WIP's), a box of pre-ordered fabrics arrived in the mail! And what did I do? Well, you know--lost my resolve! I have worked on some of my UFO's also, but not like I should have. BTW--love your colorful quilt!
momhulk and adela wiley,
yes, there is a pattern for this quilt! the link is in the post above.
I hope that helps!

Your design wall looks so sunny and bright! Just what we need at this time of year. Good for you on getting your wip list down to 7 (and counting). You have every right to celebrate!
Wow! I can't wait to see this one quilted. Love the happy colors and fun polka dots.
You are an inspiration, am determined to finish up my WIP's and you are proof it can be done, glad you are enjoying getting to grips with this one again , bringing on the spring with the colour combo, hope your resolve holds up and you get everything done , think of all the space it will make in your sewing room !
These blocks are so cheerful! Love them so far. And congrats on busting through your wip list. I'm doing the same but at a slower rate than you.
