Up for grabs are two different bundles...(10 fat quarters each) in some of my favorite colors ever!
Aren't they so pretty? I know from experience that Art Gallery fabrics are super soft and great to work with!
If you would like to be in the drawing, please leave me a comment. One per person please. In your comment, I'd love to hear if you have any New Year's eve plans. Or else you can tell me something you are looking forward to next year. I'll plan to pick two winners on Monday.
I'd like to take the time to say a big THANK YOU to each and every one of you for reading my little blog, leaving such wonderful comments and for all your encouragement this past year. I appreciate it very, very much! xoxo

«Oldest ‹Older 1001 – 1200 of 1365 Newer› Newest»Thank you for hosting the giveaway. I never met a Pat Bravo fabric I didn't like.
Thank you, also, for your inspiring blog--one of my faves.
We'll be staying home on New Year's Eve. I'll probably watch the ball drop in Times Square on TV (my daughter may be there in real life), but I plan to spend most of the day (into the night) sewing in my Girl Cave. (My hubby bought a clock for my sewing room -- he's noticed I tend to lose track of time when I'm sewing.)
Happy New Year!
2012: I would like to organize and complete some of my UFOs.
Thank you for the many many wonderful tips, guides, and project ideas.

Some out-of-province friends are back in town for the weekend... we'll be having a fun family-style New Year's Eve party at our house.
We always set up a feast so my teenagers bring their friends to our home. That way I can keep an eye on them :) If you feed them they will come. We used to do dance dance revolution all night long, but now it's Kinect apparently. How will I ever keep up with these kids? I loved when the kids were little. We could watch the NYC ball drop @ 10pm, tell them happy new year and tuck their little sleep heads in bed. For the new year I am looking forward to a vacation with my hubby without the kiddos. And taking my quilt patis along with me :)
Happy new year! Your blog SO inspiring! Happy New Year!
Thank you!
Tonite the whole family will be together at my parents home...from WA, IA, MN, WIS, and SD. There will be a LOT of laughter!
Thanks for a nice giveaway at the year's end!
I am looking forward to learning FMQ and some cool blogging tricks in 2012. Have a wonderful year!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful blog. I don't remember if I am a formal follower or a grateful lurker, but I found you through your star quilt along at least a year ago. You have inspired and taught me, a new quilter, as well as providing me with with welcome relief at work through quilt zen.
Thanks for your giving away of things and writing through the holidays. I'll hopefully be getting as much sleep as possible New Years night, as work comes early in the AM the next day.
We are parkin' ourselves on the couch for a movie night. A princess movie, I'm sure!

Hoi Amandajean, I love to read your blog. And I'm planned to do the same next year. I'm not living in the USA but I come from Holland. So , I'm sorry for big mistakes in my English.
The quilting in my hometown is not so big deal. I'm doing it by myself but I love it.
My wishes for next year are that I want to make a quilt for 3 seasons. My springquilt is almost finished.
I'm a big fan from pink colours en what I heve seen on your blog I will looking in the quiltshop if they have such colours.
Have a nice time for the new year, it is half past six at this time in Holland and our new year is earlier than yours, so when it has past for us than it is still coming for you.

I am staying home with my family, watching movies and I am working on my pocket pillows for my daughter and son on the way.
I'm cleaning while chili simmers on the stove before friends come over. It's game night, then we watch the ball drop. Welcome 2012!
Love your blog! I just had a baby girl November 30th. When I discovered I was having a girl- I decided to make her a quilt. It was my first quilt. I used a lot of your tutorials/photos to come up with ideas for her quilt. It turned out great. I love quilting blogs and yours is one of my fav's. My daughter will have LOTS of quilts.
New Years will be spent with my family. My son and my little girl. Of course my husband too. He will find a way to incorporates sports into this NYE I'm sure. Owell. Gotta love em'.

I thoroughly enjoy reading your blog and look forward to continue reading it and learning from you.
Thank you, Thank you so much for all your great ideas and inspiration and sharing all the pictures of your works. IF we don't get a snow storm that is predicted we will go swing dancing at an old fashioned ball room. But looks like we might just stay home and play settlers with grown up kids. Happy New Year to you and your family!
My family is SO excited for 2012. My husband is will finally be done with his masters degree and we are expecting our third child in July. We are living we family and CANT wait to get our own little nest. This fabric would be so fun! Thanks and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Awesome fabrics~we're planning on watching a movie (hopefully the kids will be in bed early). Hope to do lots and lots of quilting in 2012 as I got a Grace for Christmas. Happy Quilting to one and all.
Gorgeous fabrics - thanks for the chance! NYE plans: our town does a First Night celebration with ice sculptures and fireworks - family friendly, which is wonderful. Hope you have a great night too!
We'll be staying home for New Years - I'll sew and hubby will be catching football. A long walk with the dog will be perfect mid afternoon if the weather cooperates. Have a wonderful day - and thanks for the giveaway. You are right about the fabric colors - spring must be right around the corner.
My honey and I plan to share a great bottle of wine at home together.
We are having a few friends over for a nice New Year's Eve dinner this year. With two little kids it is just too hard to go out anywhere. For the new year I plan on making a quilt for my bed and one for my daughter's bed, and that pink selection of fabrics would be perfect for hers!
Our plans are still up in the air. I know... we just wait to see what we want to do the most. Ya never know we might skip all the friend hosted parties and cuddle up home :) Thanks for the giveaway!!
This new year, I'm looking forward to starting IVF treatments for a baby or two. Wish me luck!

Oh my goodness! Over 1000 comments! I'm sure my chances are slim, but I love the colors in the fabrics - so I'm giving it a shot! Thanks for the opportunity! We're just spending a quiet evening at home, making home made bread, cheese, and steamed mussels for our celebration dinner. Hope you have a fabulous New Year's also! Thanks for blogging!
Nice fabric; lovely of you to host this give-away!
We're having 6 couples over to ring in 2012 together.
My goal for the new year is to make a quilt-as-you-go project.
Happy New Year!
Wow I can't believe how many comments there are. Anyway, my new year's plan is to cook a nice meail and relax on the last day of 2011! It went by too fast.
I'm boring I am afraid and will be at home more than likely tucked up in bed as I am poorly. Next year I am looking forward to putting all the things I have leart about quilting into making more objects - I have been limited in the amount of time I can sew and hope that although this will still be limited I can gradually increase hours on the sewing machine. Happy New Year. Look forward to seeing all you get up to. C
Looking forward to my daughter finishing university this year and having that money to take a nice vacation!
Our plans are to stay home and play Settlers of Catan. My brother and his wife are visiting so we're going to hang out with the family!
Absolutely no New Years plans, although my husband bought 2?!?!?! bottles of champagne. I'm not quite sure who he thinks is going to drink all that champagne since I'm really not a big fan of it...
It has been our tradition to make a lap size tie quilt on New Years Eve. We finish it by midnight and give it away by ding dong ditching it on someone's door. It has been a ton of fun through the years and we have never revealed that we are the givers. I am sick this year and my daughter is away from home, so this tradition will not be done tonight. :( Happy New Year and thanks for your blog!
I am planning to have New Years Eve in with my husband. Our tennants are out, so we have the house to ourselves. Bottle of bubbly in the fridge, ready for an evening of celebrating some good news we received this afternoon!
Happy New Year!
My husband and I are having a quiet NYE with a nice meal and champagne then a midnight walk around the neighborhood. Enjoying some downtime before back to work on Monday. Happy New Year!
Love your blog. I'm really hoping to have my baby tonight :)! But if he doesn't decide to make an apperance tonight, I'll have something fantastice to look forward to in 2012! All the best in 2012, JoElla
Hi Amanda Jean,
Lovely pinks and greens!
We will be spending the evening at the hospital praying with my husband's family for his 18-month old nephew, Simon, who fractured his skull two nights ago. He wasn't expected to live, and is still very critical. It would be a joyous way to ring in the New Year to get some good news tonight for little Simon! You might hear the hallelujahs back in the midwest! :D
We are stayin home for New Years because we are going to Hawaii the week after! Woohoo! I've got Hawaii brain so bad ;)
On New Years Eve we celebrate with my mom's extended family. I am one of 65 cousins and we all try to get together. We dance and eat and play games till we crash on the floor and wake up to a pancake breakfast. We have to use a church facility bc our group is so big.
I love your blog. I have made a few of your recipes and I have bookmarked quite a few of your patterns as well! My plans for 2012 are to finish one quilt a month, or one every two months! Wish me luck!
Have great New Year, and please keep blogging. I love reading what you write.
We don't have big plans for New Year's Eve; we'll just stay home and watch a movie with the kids. Thanks for the giveaway and best wishes for the new year :)

We are going to stay home and have a bon fire with our christmas tree.
Right now I am on vacation trying to make it home but they keep closing the roads. So for new years, I am looking forward to getting home. We have no plans for this evening..just hanging out in the hotel waiting for the roads to reopen. These colors are gorgeous!
No big plans for New Year's Eve, but will have company tomorrow. I hope to have lots more time for quilting in 2012!

We are planning a quiet family dinner this evening. We will probably watch a football game or two and just enjoy spending time together. Happy New Year!
Oh My! You have a lot of comments.
I do not have any plans for ringing in the new year. Sewing sounds good but I might find sleep good too!
sandra(.)klassen(@)pobox(.)com
I wouldn't mind working more next year!
No big plans to kick off 2012 -- just some champagne, smoked oysters, and a few friends.
My husband doesn't feel great, so tonight we're going to put the kids to bed early, snuggle up in comfy clothes and watch a movie ~ it's how we spent our first New Year's together 10 years ago!
I'm really looking forward to 2012 being the year of balance for me. My kids are getting older and I feel like I'm finally able to fit in a few things for me among all of the activities and things I do for them everyday.
Oh ~ and I'm also looking forward to winning your fabric! HA!

No NYE plans, Amanda Jean. I'm hoping that during the next year I'll have a chance to clean and organize my sewing room so that I will be able to find things and quilt! Happy New Year to you.
Our friends throw a big game night party each year so that's where we will be for the 3rd year in a row!! Happy New Year!!
the green stack of fabric is just wonderful.
We stay at home for New Year's Eve as our little one is a little frightened for fireworks.

The cousins (12 of them!) draw names at Thanksgiving and give "their person" the gift(s) while the adults have a "white elephant" gift exchange. This is with my husband's family and we always have so much fun!!

My New Year's Eve will be spend at Lake Tahoe with two of my four children cooking at home. Missing my two other children but blessed to have such a loving family. Happy New Year, Amanda Jean. Thank you for your blog, it truly blesses my life.
I'm really loving bright green and pink right now! Maybe it helps beat the winter grays of the PNW. We are hosting a game night with friends tonight for New Year's Eve. Which means, I need to go to the store for food; after I figure out what food I'm serving. Can we say procrastinator? Low key party, that's what this will be. Thank goodness my friends know me and love me anyway!
No plans for New Year's Eve. Maybe get some sewing done. Goal for 2012 is to get more projects complete.
Thanks for the giveaway. We are headed to a casual party at a friend's house. We are hoping to make

I'll be putting the kids to bed, watch some TV and the ball drop on TV at 9pm (Pacific Time), hopefully be asleep by 10pm. Gettin' older, slowing down. Still loving life!
No NYE plans for us - we always stay in. Possibly some sewing (of course) end the year right! I just have small goals for 2012. One is to get a passport. I've never had one and we'd like to do some traveling in the future. So this is the first step. Thanks for your great blog. I always find it so inspirational and it gets me motivated to sew! Happy 2012!

New Years eve plans with friends - usually we have spent New Years with other friends and was looking at a night at home when someone from my church who we don't always hang out with invited us over for the evening. It was so kind of them to offer. Then on New years day we are invited to friends where we have been getting together with our families on this day for years.
One thing I hope to do in the New Year is to allow myself to let go of fear and make discoveries in my quilting and art. I guess it is all about learning how I am and what is really important to me.
I am really looking forward to the New Year....
Thanks for host this give away...

I just plan to hang out in my sewing room. Love your pillows! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Beautiful bundles! No plans for New Years except being a on-call driver for my younger family members. I get very introspective and like to nerdy things like journal, etc. on New Year's Eve and start the year with a clear head and ready to throw things out.
This year I want to expand my quilting skills and make some quilts that challenge me.
I just stumbled across your blog! Wonderful place to visit and hang for a while. This is what I am doing on New Years Eve. Beautiful colors pallets on those two bundles. Happy New Years!
Staying in with my family for New Year's Eve :) Thanks for the chance to win!
Lovely bright colours, not sure what i'd make, it's too hot here to really contemplate quilting but I thought I'd throw my hat in. Thank you :)
Pick me!
New Years Eve 2011 plans: family time, games, food, and movies. :)
Usually we stay in and have steak dinner with the kids but this year we went to a surprise 40th B-day party for my dear sister! Thank you for a great blog!

Hi Amanda,

Art Gallery fabrics are soooo soft! WHat a great way to ring in the new year. I have to work over the New Year which isn't something to jump up and down about but I can be thankful I have a job. Happy New Year. Be Safe!
Happy New Year from Australia , every year we have a movie night where the kidlets stay up all night with their doonas and pillows watching movies and I make party food for them all the night went off wonderfully
Just sitting here and planning some quilts :)

New Year's Eve is all over but one of my resolutions this year is to start running again with the aim of doing a half marathon.
New Year's eve I had a night shift together with my hubby.
It was very nice, we had a gorgeous buffet and at midnight we went to the roof of our corporate building to see the fireworks above Munich.
Happy New Year!

What beautiful fabric! For New Years, I am staying home and studying Japanese. :) I'm so close to 400 study hours for the year and hoping to push over that milestone before midnight!
Happy New Year!!
Thanks for sharing! I'm spending the time with my son. We're watching the first season of Walking Dead. Fun times:0) Happy New Year
Planning on sharing a glass of champaign with my husband at midnight and then going to sleep.
I'm looking forward to quilting in 2012. I made my first quilt in 1984 for my parents. Started quilting again only about a year ago. I'm definitely hooked!
Been busy moving my sewing stuff to a new area. Hoping for more chances to sew next year in a new larger space. What beautiful fabrics. Your quilts are beautiful too! Thanks for sharing. K-
I love your blog. Thanks for the giveaway -- such pretty sets.
For New Years, we actually instead are celebrating Christmas -- we were out of town seeing family on the real night, so cooperative Santa agreed to come a few days late for our two year old. :-)
Happy new year, girlie! I am doing nothing, just sitting around at a friend's house (visiting them for a week) eating cookies! ;)
I look forward to beginnings.
Beginning a new year, month, week, day, ... or project. I Love Beginnings!
We just got home from a friends house eating, playing games, and being crazy. Great fun!
Awesome give away. I'm looking forward to the arrival of our 2nd son.
Lovin' those colors in the giveaway!!! I "had" plans to go to a dance and dance the night away and that is exactly what I did!!! I am excited this year to really get UFO's done and really make new quilts!!
Hmmm... Plans for 2102. Well, first off, our first GRANDSON is due in just a few weeks. Can't tell you how excited I am for that. I've already made him loads of knit, sewn, quilted and embroidered items. I am working on more this evening.
Other plans... complete some much needed dental work Ugh!, but it will be a relief to have it done.... Lose weight? Lofty goal, eh? I've done it before though.
Other goals: become more proficient with my new sewing machine and learn to embrace it's computerized functions. Finish my 2009 Sew Hip Mystery quilt! Use up my stash (haha). Become a better housekeeper (Yeah, right!)
Maybe start my own blog? I have loads of ideas for that one.
Take care and Happy New Year!
No new year's eve plans, but I can't wait (along with the rest of my family) to meet our newest addition in March 2012! :) Thanks for the giveaway! Happy 2012!
In Melbourne its hot (about 106 degrees or there abouts) so not much is being done over here apart from swimming
New Year's Eve was spent with family and friends welcoming in the New Year. This year I am looking forward to our first Grandbaby... a Girl!! I only had boys so I am super excited to be able to make girl stuff finally :)
We actually went to a hockey game with our daughter and her boyfriend. It was lots of fun!
My plans for the new year- Exceed in school which I am finally starting in a little over a week.. It's time for me to go back! This New Years, I am just spending time with my brother while he is home from the Navy and spending lots of quality time with my little girl. :) Happy New Year, and thank you for all of the inspiration!

I don't really celebrate New Years Eve but I do have a get together in the late afternoon/early evening on New Years Day for family & friends who can make it, it's the way I prefer to start the new year. And for 2012, I hope I have more time at my sewing machine! Thanks for a lovely giveaway.
