Have you checked out quilterscache.com? It's got a huge collection of blocks that have given me tons of ideas. I'm using 30s repro fabric and using different blocks for the entire thing. It will take longer, but I get to experiment and learns lots!

Well, if I had a stash of DS fabrics like that (I have some of them) I would consider to make some kind of mod sampler quilt. Modern happy blocks, all sorts of them. I love phinweels, but they are more traditional. Or a prisma quilt, a improv quilt, a happy hour quilt. Lots of ideas!

What about a quilt about summer fruits? You've got pink (strawberries), orange (peaches or oranges), blue (blueberries), green (pears), not sure how big you would want them - but it sure would be cute!
Get some white for block cemters and do color family nine patches with the pink, orange, blue and green with white centers. Put white sashing in between blocks and white borders. Oh that quilt that is so easily found all over the web. I think the fabrics here lend themselves to that.
If you wait long enough the fabric will 'talk' to you, fabric has a funny way of doing that and then low and behold you will create something just perfect.
Don't tell me you don't have a fabulous idea or two hidden away in that brilliant patchwork brain of yours. My suggestions would pale in comparison. Looking forward to seeing what comes. Andi :-)

I just attended a "Mystery Quilt" class last night and it turned out we made a quilt from Turning Twenty Again. It uses 20 fat quaters and is so fun and fast and EASY! I finished most of the quilt between 4pm and midnight. I think your fabrics would be great in a quilt like that. Of course, all the cutting was done in advance of the class, but the cutting was fairly easy. Just a suggestion. I always love the quilts you make so I am sure whatever you do will be AWESOME!
I loved the idea of the wonky star quilt or anything to use as a picnic quilt would be great with those fabrics. Whatever you do we'll all love it and be jealous.

I am super excited because I bought the book "Weekend Sewing" and made my first project this weeked. I love the book! I made the wrap skirt and it's great. I was also going to make the Everything Bag, bought the 1/2 yard it requires but then when I laid the pattern piece on it for the body of the bag but the pattern piece is wider than 1/2 a yard so it won't fit. Anyone else have this problem? What did you do?

I've got the exact same stack of fabric in my sewing room, waiting for inspiration to strike. I just love it so much that I don't want to cut into it! (Now isn't that silly!!) I have designed 3 or 4 quilts to make out of it, and none has actually happened. It must be the PERFECT pattern!!

I made my quilt with those fabrics before the nice pinks were released and I did large pinwheel blocks, I love it but it's not quilted yet.
