These bunting cards are practical, scrappy, and quick to finish. Three of my favorite characteristics of a project. :) I experimented with a few different shapes of scraps and a few different thread colors. It was fun to play!
I'm way behind on writing out thank you notes, so this project actually fills a need. I love that!
I also love utilizing my drawer of ticker tape scraps.
There is no danger of running out of scraps any time soon. (I have a full post about my extensive scrap storage methods here....)
These are a few of my favorites from this round! This is scrap project #129.
Now, it's your turn! Please link up your finishes for the week. Thank you for joining me for finish it up Friday! Have a great weekend! xo

Oh they are just so sweet! I love the teeny tiny triangles, what gorgeous thank you cards :)
Cute cards! Fun idea.
Oh my goodness, those cards are totally adorable!!! I think I need to pull out some of my scraps and make some too. So cute!!!
Eep! I'm a fan of making my own cards and love the simplicity of your bunting ones. I'm thinking I need a little birthday-card assembly line to churn out a bunch!
Bunting Cards are super cute!
I love making bunting cards, too! The triangle ones are my favorites. Yours are lovey!
Ah, wish I had a finish to linkup - perhaps soon!
I keep my scraps in large thrifted vases - I should post an image of that.
Oh, I love these! So cute and they look fast. I have a whole pack of blank cards that would work well for this, thanks for the inspiration!
Simple but very effective. Did you draw the strings of the bunting or stitch it? Inspired!

Darling cards! Thanks for sharing!
I love this use of scraps...you've inspired me to make some myself!
Love the cards!!
Another great use of scraps! Adding these to my do make project list.
I saw the bunting cards and thought what a cool idea for a pieced border! So guess what I'm going to do with your idea? LOL
OMW, how adorable . . . makes writing thank you notes fun!
Ahh, a wonderful use of scraps. I love sending (and receiving) "real" mail. Great idea.
Very cute! I like that you've stitched the bunting down, I will have to try that. I wish I had enough room to keep all my little scraps but they soon build up don't they?! I haven't even got round to using my big scraps yet!
These are so cute. This is how I use my tiny Flea Market Fancy scraps. And I got an alphabet rubber stamp set so I can add something on the front like "hello" or "happy birthday" or something like that.
Adorable. I love this idea. I'm working on a swap package. These are perfect. I have so many little scraps. Thanks for sharing.
What an absolutely splendid idea! You are an inspiration. Thank you!
I love the cards. I could do that! I have made my own cards before but usually use photos. Thanks for the idea!
Love those cards! How clever!
Fun way to use up micro scraps!
These are perfect cards for scraps. I plan to make some too!
Amanda Jean, Love the cards and I now know I do have a use for all those little dog ear cut offs. Been looking for some ideas to make cards for my sis whom is in a retirement community and loves to send and give cards for all kinds of occasions. Stitching up a batch for her right now. Thank you for sharing.

Those are fabulous and would be so much fun to receive too.
How cute Amanda Jean! I can think of a dozen uses for those cards without even trying... Love them!
Sure love this idea, Amanda Jean! Now if I could think up something clever to write on the inside, I'd turn this idea into birthday cards. I swear, Hallmark is still in business because of me!
Those cards are too cute - I MUST make some!!
Man! (These days they say Dude!, I guess) those are crazy cute! Soon as I get home from vaca a bunch of these are being made.
