I'm having such a hard time deciding how large to make my scrappy trip quilt....so I thought it would be a good time to switch gears. I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually. This is when it's handy to have a bunch of WIPs. :)
Today I pulled out my pezzy quilt and got busy basting.
It feels like it's been forever since a finished a big quilt...
...when it reality it was only last month. Long enough!
It feels good-so good-to be quilting! Thankfully things went well and I should be binding before you know it!
I. love. progress.

That is definitely "quilt love" for me!! The 'pez' fabric with the white is so clean and fresh. Look forward to seeing the finish.......sounds like that won't be too long!
This quilt is amazing. I am really in love with this one. Can't wait to see it!
That is such a pretty quilt. I've been wanting to make a churn dash for a while now. Maybe soon.
Whoa, this is gorgeous! Thanks for your inspiration to help me finish a quilt I'm making :)
I love the Pezzy fabric! This quilt is so pretty. :)
I love that pezzy quilt! fantastic! FYI I also bought your sunday morning quilt book this week. LOVE IT!
Ooooooo, I luv it!
This is one of my favorite kinds of quilts --brights with a white background. So cheerful!
You are my hero. Plain and simple.
Great quilt..do you pin baste and then machine quilt? I have only started quilting with my Juki, thanks to you, but have used spray basting, but only when I could do it outside... not wanting to do it in the house...
Cant think of a better way to start a new year!
Yup it is always best to put something aside to think about before you forage ahead. The pezzy quilt looks fun.
What a great quilt! Can't wait to see it done!
Such a beautiful simple quilt :)
Such a beautiful way to focus on the pez fabric - it's gorgeous!
This is lovely! Love the colours and the fabrics!
The pez quilt is great! This pattern is another that I need to bookmark to consider for a quilt I want to get started. I have a FQ bundle of 1974 and assorted other collected lengths from the fabric line that I have been hoardng trying to find the pattern that is just right for it. This may be it.
I'm thinking about making a churn dash out of my FMF bundle. Been holding on to it until I had the perfect idea. How big is your churn dash and how much of the print did you need to finish it? I have plenty of solids...
Now I want to make a churn dash quilt :) Nice.
Love this quilt. Churn Dash is definitely on my list too.
How pretty!! I love churn dash too. I made one for my MIL a few years ago. So much fun!
Very pretty, Can you give us the specifics or pattern you used for the Churn Dash?
This is such a fun quilt. I really, really enjoy it. My favorite is when traditional blocks are combined with modern fabrics. Love this.
I like the fun colors in this one, and the simple pattern. Progress is progress, slowly but surely! Can't wait to see the finished quilt.
Beautiful. I love the fabrics in this quilt. It is such a happy quilt. Can't wait to see it quilted. Quilting with your Janome and not your Juki, huh? :-)
Loving that Pezzy fabric :-) I just saw your book in the book store and bought it! It's great :-)
