work in progress

This is a little quilt I'm calling 'lazy zig zag'.
Just a few more rows to go!
The fabric is a posy layer cake by Moda and a few grey fat quarters.
It's fun to be playing with fabric that reminds me of spring.
I'm so ready for it!
Even if it is still only January. :)

Reminds me of those chevron afghans. Don't you think so?

Adam agrees with you. This morning he said, "I can't wait for summer."

  14. Sweet! I'm on the look out for some yellow gingham or check about 3/4 of an inch or so. It maybe a totally imaginary fabric, but I need it for a spring thing.

  15. I need to lock myself up in my sewing room to play. even though there are no windows in there, the fabric makes me feel like there is sunshine around. I like what you did with the zigzags. Of course, I'm trying to figure out how you did it. I have my theories, you know. :)

  19. It has purple, ok lavender, in it. Are you sure it's something you're making, or has someone else taken over Amanda Jean's body?
