I am not a knitter...

...but sometimes I try to pretend that I am anyway.

so pretty! love the color of the yarn and the quilt under it! I attempted that pattern a while back, but couldn't get the hang of it...I'm jealous of you for finishing it : )

I have tried that knitting stitch in a dozen different yarns and it has never yet worked. Your scarf, though, looks nice!

& don't worry about photographing scarves - knit objects always 'pull and whine' when they see a camera - they're very shy.

Love that orange yarn that you've used for your scarf.... I must agree with you, it's the pits taking pics of scarfs. I found the best way was to actually put it on and take a pic that way... I guess then you have the delema of trying to take a pic of yourself.. LOL!!!

Just found your blog--YIPEE!! If you don't call that knitting, I don't know what you call it. Love, love, love the color. I'll be digging through my yarn stash tomorrow to find some yarn and get started on my own. Love your quilt-a-long idea. Hope I can join you on those too.
