I used this design to show of the large scale prints.
Fabrics from Heather Bailey's fresh cut fabric line.
I finished the quilt in 2 weeks.
The backing fabric is by Tracy Porter.
I love my pretty new quilt.
The boys in my house wouldn't dare use it.
Just what I was after. ;)
I think this is my new favorite of all your quilts! I really like fabric with large print and I think your pattern uses it perfectly. But I also like how you quilted the larger squares. It kind of makes it look like its made up of small pieces even though its all one square...does that make any sense?! Anyway, I love it - great job!
ReplyDeleteI love Heather Bailey's fabrics and your quilt looks so Springy - cool, fresh, clean.

ReplyDeletebeth,
ReplyDeletei think i cut the large squares 6.5", the small squares were cut at 2.5" and the cream sashing was cut 2.5" x 6.5". have fun with your quilt!
