I think this is neat way to use scraps and still look hype. Is background the same as the top?

ReplyDeleteI love this! It's a wonderful way to display little bits of your favorite fabric that you've saved even the last tiniest piece of because you can't bear to part with it. (Not that I've, um, done that or anything...)

ReplyDeleteI think this is great! I love some of the fabrics you've put in here - the dots in particular do some wonderful things! This will look great in your entryway. It would also be a great quilt studio hanging - kind of a "diary" of your quilts you've done, or fave fabrics.

ReplyDeleteI am about to begin quilting a very large scrappy log cabin quilt. The backing is white with a dark blue design. I'm going to use white thread in the bobbin. Since the top is scrappy, what would you use to do the quilting on top? 1/2 of each block, of course, is light (whites, off-whites, beiges) but the other 1/2 is all colors. What color would you use to do your quilting?
