cards

My sister and I had a great time hanging out the past few days.

We stamped cards for a few hours yesterday.

These 3 are my favorite of the 7 that I made.

I LOVE this one.
These will be added to my stash of cards.
I like to have several made ahead of time just in case.
We also quilted. And played with the kiddies.
My boys are outside enjoying the nice weather. They are playing army men: sneaking around the trees and making the cutest machine gun noises ever. Ah, boys.
Next up: laundry. :)

  2. I recognize some of the papers you used...I believe I have them in my stash. They look great! I like the fist one best. I will be working in a card making zone this week and will certainly be posting all about it

I love the paisley paper you used. (Or was it stamped?) All of your cards look great! I need to build up a supply of cards like you have.

  4. It always amazes me that it takes so much time to make so few cards, but I love it anyway. The ones you showed are just fabulous! How nice to have a sister you can quilt with.

  6. I love that last one, too. This type of project seems perfect for a quilter, since you're good at piecing colors and shapes together.

  10. Sounds like a fun time with your sis! As always you inspire me to get card making. By the way, how did I get so far behind on my comments!?

  11. Beautiful cards. How is the new baby doing? What do you think they need the most? Ahh -- Tyler would love playing army men with the boys. Enjoy the time outside before the snow comes! I feel trapped (like ya must during winter) because it's so smokey here from the fires, they say not to be outisde much the next couple weeks.
