Love love love it. Can't wait for the tutorial! I am going to dive right in to this one. Also suggested it to our church - the young women are learning to sew, and I thought a block of this would make an awesome project - they could frame it when they are done!
It is gorgeous! Since I first saw the blocks, I have wanted to make these lovely trees... And I am a slow quilter- I don't commit to just anything like that! Even now in january I get exited by this quilt, it really seems inevitable...:) I was tempted to give it a try without a pattern, but didn't have the time. Can't wait for the tutorial!!!
They look so great. Just enough of a subtle hint to Christmas without being really obvious, I can definitely see this at my place. Looking forward to the pattern!
Your tree quilt is gorgeous... it looks to me like a Candy Cane Forest... you are sew creative! I can't wait for the pattern. What a fun quilt pattern for a Christmas bed cover... could I get it done for Christmas 2013...YES I CAN!
This quilt is.....just...so .....pretty. I could easily see some big chain store asking to use it in marketing for the Christmas season. Something about it just makes you feel good! Hahaha, maybe we will walk into Target next year and be greeted with a banner with this on it. Can't wait for the pattern!
That is gorgeous!!!! Totally want to make one for the Christmas season for my bed. Please let us know when the pattern is out. Good job! Love your blog and all the work you do with it.
I will just reiterate what others have said, as adorable as this pattern is, it is your sense of color that makes this quilt, you are a true artist, we are so lucky that you chose to share your talent with the rest of the world.
