1. I'm thankful that my kids are playing reasonably well together today. That means mama gets some time to sew! Yipee!

I have a beautiful family to be thankful for, a job that I am lucky to have and time to be creative at the end of the day!
I'm thankful for my family, my friends and the fact that I wake up each day knowing that I am secure in my faith, my home and that all my needs will be taken care of.

I am thankful that my husband still has a good job, and though times are tight, we are still so fortunate.
I am thankful for summer break, being able to relax and have fun with our children.
I am thankful that my grandparents celebrated their 61st anniversary last week, and my children will remember them.

2. I am thankful for my job. Unemployment is no fun when there are mouths to feed.

1. It's summer!!! And the summer weather has arrived here in Oregon.
2. My husband's health. He's a year post bowl re-sectioning and putting on a pound or two. He's pretty proud to be up to almost 130 lbs

1. Im thankful that we live close enough for my hunka hubbs to drive himself to the ER tonite. We have a disabled daughter, ang someone needs to be with her.

I am very thankful for so many things but these are at the top of my list:
* for finding such an amazing man 11 yrs ago who loved me enough to become my husband. Even with my health problem ahead of us, he wanted to keep me. lol
* SO thankful that in such a horrible economy, my husband and all my children have not lost their jobs.
* this will sound funny but, he's my daily companion while hubby is away at work - so thankful for such an awesome cat who is practically glued to my side all day, laying two inches from my arm in a desk drawer of my desk and if I cry he comes running meowing the entire way. NEVER have I had a cat like this guy.
