today is packing day.
[I have piles everywhere.]
I wanted to make handmade gifts for everyone I was going to see.
[it didn't happen.]
I will be taking a blog break for at least a week.
I will miss you all.
[does anyone else miss their sewing machine when they go on vacation* or is it just me?]
I made a pile of tissue holders, too. aren't they so fun?
*my idea of vacation is NOT riding in the car for 12 hours with 3 kids. (ages 6, 4, almost 1.)

Oh my, I can't even imagine the packing! I hope the drive goes well. I can't imagine how you keep three kids occupied for 12 hours! I'm worried about just one for 3 hours!! Drive safely okay. Looking forward to seeing you all!!

ReplyDeleteHope the trip goes well! We look for the letters of the alphabet while we travel..finding "Q" and "Z" are hard ones to find and will kill a bit of time. :o)

ReplyDeleteHi Amanda!! This is your cousin Missy =) Clair sent me a letter and wrote about her blog page so I just read her blogs and then saw your page. You always were so crafty.. you make some neat and amazing things. I perused all the way back to Nov... that was a neat post about Grandma. I also liked that little dress that Grandma made..my mom told me she sent it, but I never knew what it looked like. Sounds like your family is doing good and now on a trip to MN. Like you posted awhile back.. its all about memory making, so enjoy your trip. I'm sure you'll be posting all the fun things when you get back =)
