It sounds like the quilting isn't finished. I can't say how many I started but ended up frogging! Haha. I love your spice rack!! I would love to do something like this but I have no wall space. 😢 Totally understand the "to do list"!!
I too, would sit most of the day if I could sit and look out a window and see that scene!!!! What a great picture!!! I and hubby lived in Maine our first 6ish years of marriage, ( we just pasted our 37th year together,😍😍), and loved to watch the snow fall and then the look it had over the land scape. (This is coming from a girl that lived most of her life in Florida!! 😝😝)
Love what you do! Thanks for sharing!lej619https://www.blogger.com/profile/12657550598436666883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37018101.post-23879124744663141062016-11-26T08:41:03.364-06:002016-11-26T08:41:03.364-06:00Amanda, you are always an inspiration.
After day...Amanda, you are always an inspiration.

After days of hosting and lots of company, yesterday was my first me day. Had ordered all your good neighbors fabrics and wanted to do something special to cut into them for the first time. I had also been using Tula pinks modern sampler book for block inspiration for a few slamm quits so yesterday decided to combine the two. I am using the three packs of 10 inch squares I bought to making all 100 blocks in her book. Got off to a great start by completing first 20 yesterday and love playing with them on my design wall. Have no idea how this will end up, but having fun with the colors and making blocks step by step.

I'm not sure if I can post a photo on your blog, but will post on my facebook page. I remember your post about possible making a whole quilt out of 1 inch finished squares and how crazy that was, so check out my Hello Kitty mini. It is 1296 one inch squares for a 40 inch square quilt. It wasn't too awful, but it does take time.
https://grammieq.blogspot.comcharlottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14021922531444496300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37018101.post-23648793092739934912016-11-26T06:55:54.140-06:002016-11-26T06:55:54.140-06:00Love those socks and sooo want to knit some. I'm in awe of you knitting your 19th pair of socks (do you ever sleep?) and I am very, very impressed with your spice rack (read as: I want one). I'm going to have to hunt around my house for some dead space; I really don't have my spice jars under control. They kind of just hang around in the cupboard with no real system that doesn't require rummaging. I think I'd like to make some fabric yarn. Not right now though. It's too hot and the thought of knitting or crocheting makes me want to lower the temperature of the air conditioner!Jenetahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03619378781482679540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37018101.post-7695904039050357322016-11-25T18:03:54.640-06:002016-11-25T18:03:54.640-06:00Fabulous socks!
